I won’t ask for anything back. Seeing you happy is all I want.

If you divide 1 by 998,001 you get all three-digit numbers from 000 to 999 in order. Except for 998. (via 1 / 998,001 - mlkshk)

Frost-covered trees can be seen at the Essigberg near Kassel, Germamy on Jan. 30. The Siberian cold front “Cooper” brings icy temperatures dropping to 14 degrees Fahrenheit in some parts of the country. (via Uwe Zucchi / AFP - Getty Images PhotoBlog - Chilly weather frosts trees in Germany)

I’ll be happy if this is accurate. For foreign learners of English (like myself) the most common vocabulary size is from 2,500–9,000 words, while for most native English adult speakers who have taken the test it’s 20,000–35,000 words.

I hope I can make it to 20,000 one day! Take the test here: http://testyourvocab.com/

In order to learn something from the beginning you have to do baby steps. Today’s lesson: life.

I won’t even try to make a video. I have almost an hour of bloopers and that’s audio only.

I try to record myself talking but it’s so fucking hard. I forget what I want to say, I stumble over my words, and I sound horrible. It’s too hard when you are not making a dialogue. There goes my fictional radio career. I’ll keep trying till I make it.

PS. It was easy when I was on the radio talking to unknown people, but it’s impossible to make a recording for someone I know. Call me weird.
